Terms

The deal between us.

Midventura gives you a business run by AI employees. This page says what we provide, what stays yours, what you answer for, and what happens when it ends, in plain words.

The agreement

These are the terms between you and Midventura for the website at midventura.com, the phone app, the websites we host for your business, and everything your AI team does inside them. By creating an account or keeping one, you agree to them. If you are using Midventura for a company, you are agreeing on that company’s behalf and you confirm you are allowed to.

Midventura is for adults running a business. You must be at least 18 to have an account.

What Midventura is

Midventura gives your business a team of AI employees. They read what you tell them, do work in the product, and propose things to send or publish in your business’s name. They are software, not people, and they can be wrong: a draft can miss a fact, a reply can misjudge a tone, a figure can be off.

Nothing goes out without you. Email, website changes, social posts and comment replies wait in your approval queue until you approve them, unless you have explicitly set a kind of work to run on its own. What you approve, and what you set to run unattended, is sent in your business’s name and is your responsibility. Read before you approve.

We change the product often. Features may be added, reshaped or removed. When a change affects what your team can do without asking you, it is off by default until you turn it on.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself and tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what is done with it until you do. One person, one account; a business can have several members, each with their own.

Give us true information about yourself and your business. Your team works from it, and so do the people your business writes to.

Your business and its content

What you bring is yours: your business facts, your messages, your files and images, your leads, and the websites and posts your team makes for you. We claim no ownership of any of it.

You give us permission to store, process and display it, to send it to the providers named in our privacy policy so your team can work, and to publish it where you tell us to. That permission exists only to run the service for you and ends when the content is deleted.

You are responsible for having the right to use what you upload and publish, for the people whose data your business handles, and for the promises your business makes. If a lead writes to your business, that is a person your business is answering, under your rules.

Connected accounts

You can connect a LinkedIn profile, a Facebook Page and the Instagram professional account linked to that Page. You may only connect accounts you own or are authorised to manage. Each network’s own terms keep applying to what is published there, and each network can revoke our access on its side at any time.

Posts and replies published through a connected account carry the same rule as everything else: they wait for your approval first. Scheduled posts go out at the time you approved; you can cancel one until it does. Disconnecting an account stops us acting on it at once.

What you may not do

Do not use Midventura to send spam, harass people, mislead anyone about who is writing, publish what you have no right to publish, break a law, or get around the limits of the service or of a connected network. Do not try to make your team act against these terms, and do not probe, overload or reverse-engineer the service.

If we see that happening we may pause the team, refuse an action, or close the account. Where we can, we tell you first.

Fees

There is no billing in the product today. Launching a business is free and stays free while we build with our first partners. The prices on our pricing page are what we intend to charge later.

Before anything is charged, we will tell you in the product and by email, well in advance, and you will choose whether to pay. Nothing is charged without that choice.

Websites we host for you

A website your team builds is served from an address we provide, or from a domain you connect. You are the publisher of that site and responsible for what it says and collects. We may take a site down if it breaks these terms or the law; we tell you when we do.

Ending things

You can delete a business, or your whole account, at any time from Settings. Deletion removes the account, its businesses, their conversations, files, websites and history, discards the tokens of every connected account, and cancels scheduled posts. It is not reversible.

We can close an account that breaks these terms, or if we stop offering the service. If we stop, we give you notice and time to take your content with you.

What we promise, and what we cannot

We work to keep Midventura up, accurate and safe, and we say so when it is not. But it is provided as it is, with the plain limits of software that uses AI: we cannot promise it will always be available, or that your team’s work will always be right or fit for a given purpose.

To the extent the law allows, Midventura is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or what results from work you approved or set to run unattended. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, which today is nothing. Nothing here limits liability the law says cannot be limited.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change in a way that matters, we say so in the daily report and update the date at the top; if you keep using the service after that, the new terms apply. The current version is always the one at this address.

These terms are governed by the law of the place where Midventura is established. We will name it and the competent courts here before billing begins.
